WHAT ARE YOUR NON NEGOTIABLES?

What are your non Negotiables?

I use non Negotiables to keep myself on point and disciplined. These are principles or items on my day’s to do list that no matter what must get done, and I will not negotiate.

For example. 3 items on my list are

1) Meditating for a half hour daily

2) 30 min pre breakfast/ morning cardio everyday

3) Get up at 5-5:30am daily to start a productive day.

These are things that must get done everyday/7 days a week, no matter what. No negotiations! Putting in practice the rule of ‘Non-Negotiables’ in life has done wonders for my health, fitness, wellness, financial, mental and functioning state. You can literally put it in practice in every aspect of your life.
