1️⃣ Seated Lateral Raises SS Bent Over Y Raises

2️⃣ Front Raises SS Double Overhead Press

3️⃣ Underhand Cable Push-Down SS Lean Out Lateral Raise

4️⃣ Overhead Single Arm Tricep Extensions SS Lean In Lateral Raises

Perform 3-4 sets (10-12 reps per set) of each superset before moving on to the next one
