1️⃣ Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows⁣ ⁣

2️⃣ Cable Pullovers⁣

3️⃣ Underhand Lat Pulldown⁣ ⁣

4️⃣ Smith Machine Bent Over Row⁣ ⁣

5️⃣ Cobra Pulldown⁣ ⁣

6️⃣ Seated Machine Row⁣ ⁣

Perform 3-4 sets of each exercise before moving on to the next one⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

10-12 reps per set, 60-90 seconds rest between sets
