1️⃣ Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows
2️⃣ Cable Pullovers
3️⃣ Underhand Lat Pulldown
4️⃣ Smith Machine Bent Over Row
5️⃣ Cobra Pulldown
6️⃣ Seated Machine Row
Perform 3-4 sets of each exercise before moving on to the next one
10-12 reps per set, 60-90 seconds rest between sets
