Morning Meditation

Starting my day in silence is a very important aspect of my life. I like starting bright and early to be in my own thoughts. This time allows me to process yesterday, plan for the day, and to zone my focus on what I want to accomplish for the day.

Try it by simply starting your day 10 minutes earlier and writing down 3 things you wish to accomplish today and having an quick 1,2 plan of action for each. Watch what come to flourish in your life..
