✅ 30g of all purpose flour
✅ 20g of sweetner/splenda
✅ 1Tbs of baking powder
✅ 15g of unsweetened cocoa powder
✅ 31g of protein powder
✅ 92g of liquid egg whites
✅ 120g of 100% canned pumpkin
✅ 15g of Unsweetened apple sauce
Mix these ingredients together in a bowl, put it inside a baking pan, bake at 350F for 15 minutes, and VOILA! Protein Cake Bites!
