This back exercise is taken from Christian & Carlo's contest prep training program so give it a try and let us know how it goes 😎⚡️⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows⁣ ⁣ 2️⃣ Cable Pullovers⁣ ⁣ 3️⃣ Underhand Lat Pulldown⁣ ⁣ 4️⃣ Smith Machine Bent Over Row⁣ ⁣ 5️⃣ Cobra Pulldown⁣ ⁣ 6️⃣ Seated Machine Row⁣ ⁣ Perform 3-4 sets (10-12 reps per set, 60-90 seconds rest between sets) of each exercise before moving on to the next one⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
