HIIT Training?

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is extremely effective for weight loss, burning fat, and getting toned.

Group workouts involve bursts of fun, high intensity movements to increase your heart rate to 80%, followed by periods of lower intensity movements.

This workout combines body weight exercises with functional training equipment, providing an intensity that will challenge and change your body very quickly. Expect high energy and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, encouraging you to push past your limits.

I love the idea of having instructor in the class. Personally, myself, that's my preference because im sure with the guidance, I can target all areas that need improvement. As well as the continuous push, pep talks and the overall motivation, the vibes of the class endure.

The facility looks immaculate. The trainers are not only professionals but also very supportive. The staff is friendly and overall, the aura of the entire place is very welcoming. There is a sense of community and I love that.
