This workout combines body weight exercises with functional training equipment, providing an intensity that will challenge and change your body very quickly. Classes range from beginner to intermediate so all are welcome to participate!
A high-energy class with exercises designed for total beginners or those that need a refresher. We combine athletic movements with strength exercises while maintaining a strong focus on learning/perfecting technique. You’ll build stamina, improve your coordination and agility, turning your body into a fat burning machine. Low-impact options are available based your individual fitness level/condition.

A non-stop, overall CORE conditioning class. We target the abdominal wall, glutes, hips, and all the muscles responsible for holding the body up. You will not only strengthen your core but will also gain overall postural alignment and prevent lower back pain and other injuries. You will tuck, twist and tighten the center core to attain the best midsection and glute development you’ll ever have.

Stretching is an essential component of anyone’s fitness journey. It increases range of motion, helps with injury prevention, aids in muscle recovery, and can improve athletic ability. Like our DNA, this class is designed to restore and regenerate the body so that you can begin to see massive gains in your training and in everyday life. Heal-ix is a beginner class so all are welcome and encouraged to join.
