Dr. Mitch is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to really understand the root cause of discomfort rather than just treating symptoms. Jordan is a great coach and trainer. He has been helping my son with his fitness goals and brings in a lot of positive energy. He is able to get down to his level and work with him. My 15 year old enjoys training with him and looks forward to getting to the gym. He has also been very communicative and shares all the training schedule soy son is able to continue his exercises during the week. Jordan is also great with group classes - encourages each individual to challenge themselves. He makes the classes fun.

I came in with very tight hips and glutes and occasional sciatic pain, and working with Tiana has made such a difference. She is a fascial stretch therapist and strength coach, and since starting fascial stretch therapy, I’ve felt noticeably better and more mobile. Her techniques are incredible, and she’s extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain what’s going on in my body and why we’re working on certain areas.
