Jordan is a great coach and trainer. He has been helping my son with his fitness goals and brings in a lot of positive energy. He is able to get down to his level and work with him. I came in with very tight hips and glutes and occasional sciatic pain, and working with Tiana has made such a difference. She is a fascial stretch therapist and strength coach, and since starting fascial stretch therapy, I’ve felt noticeably better and more mobile. Her techniques are incredible, and she’s extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain what’s going on in my body and why we’re working on certain areas.
